But this recipe is incomplete without little bit of Hypnotism, Mesmerism and Wonder throw, and Kshitij do prove this with His special touch of Mind-reading powers and Anti-Gravity Acts.

A fourteen years old boy, born and brought up in the city of Patna (capital of Bihar), India and probably the youngest magician in Bihar dreams to reach the sky and make the world astound with the art he himself discovered in him, i.e. Magic. He started magic at the age of eleven and made his stage debut in the year 2011 (2^nd April). His favourite forms of magic are stage illusions and Street Magic especially Card Tricks. Just give him a deck of cards and he can’t stop himself from freaking your mind with his sleight of hand.

                                                                                      

Let’s hear about Kshitij’s journey into the wonderful world of magic in his own words- “I was about ten when I first saw a magic show in my school (St. Xavier’s High School). I was mystified by how that magician could make the impossible possible, and make it look so amazingly simple. At the end of the show, he revealed a simple trick on the stage, and announced that magic was not spiritual, and neither did magicians have any super natural powers. I learnt that magic was an art coupled with a bit of science and sleight of hands that could be mastered with extreme patience and practice.

At that moment, a deep passion for magic aroused deep into my heart. I started my practice, by keenly observing performing magicians, and watching their movements very carefully. I did not learn magic from anyone, I observed, tried, practiced and still in the process. My Mom and Dad were my first audience. They saw something in me, they saw my love and interest for Magic and hence they were the only one who promoted me in EVERY possible ways and I also can’t deny my younger sister’s contribution for me and my magic. I would be nothing without them.

I gave my first performance for my family members on the occasion of our family reunion. My mother runs a dance institute, so She gave me the opportunity to perform for Her students and I did. It went very well. This very much raised my confidence. I had my break of stage show when I was thirteen. I performed in the “Anahat Utsav-2011” in front of about five hundred audiences which was marvelously great and now I’ve decided that there will be no looking back after that.

Since then I’ve given three more shows and even in front of Eight Hundred audience. I dream to make my State, my Parents and my School’s name rise high in the sky And to make world  Believe in MAGIC and that magician are Not cheaters but ENTERTAINERS”.
