Don't be shy in forwarding this message. Because its about protecting the integrity of all girls & ladies.

HOW TO DETECT A 2-WAY MIRROR?

When we visit toilets, bathrooms, hotel rooms, changing rooms, etc., How many of you know for sure that the seemingly ordinary mirror hanging on the wall is a real mirror, or actually a 2-way mirror I.e., they can see you, but you can't see them. There have been many cases of people installing 2-way mirrors in female changing rooms or bathroom or bedrooms.

It is very difficult to positively identify the surface by just looking at it. So, how do we determine with any amount of certainty what type of Mirror we are looking at?

CONDUCT THIS SIMPLE TEST:

Place the tip of your fingernail against the reflective surface and if there is a GAP between your fingernail and the image of the nail, then it is a GENUINE mirror.

However, if your fingernail DIRECTLY TOUCHES the image of your nail, then BEWARE, IT IS A 2-WAY MIRROR! (There may be someone seeing you from the other side). So remember, every time you see a mirror, do the "fingernail test." It doesn't cost you anything. It is simple to do.

This is a really good thing to do. The reason there is a gap on a real mirror, is because the silver is on the back of the mirror UNDER the glass.

Whereas with a two-way mirror, the silver is on the surface. Keep it in mind! Make sure and check every time you enter in hotel rooms.

Share this with your sisters, wife, daughters, friends, colleagues, etc.

Pass this message to all Ur friends in the Contacts.

ExperInn (Experience Innovations) - Chetan Kumar.G.Shetty

Chetan Kumar.G.Shetty: A developing area called Siddapur which is located in Uttara Kannada District in Karnataka state. born in a middle class family on 20th February 1991 in Siddapur. His dad (Prof.G.V.Shetty) is a senior professor in Dept. of Commerce in M.G.C. Degree College, Siddapur. And his mother is house wife. Completed his primary education from "Little Flower School" Siddapur. And then his high schoolings from Shri Ramakrishna Vidhya Shala (SRKVS), Hissore. During his childhood days he was very much interested in Astrophysics, Life beyond the earth and General Science. He always used to collect information about UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) and galaxies and universe. He completed his Pre-University from M.G.C. College, Siddapur. Then he joined Information Science & Engineering branch to K.V.G. College of Engineering, Sullia (which is known as an education center).

In starting days of his engineering, he was very much interested in computers and other related information. At the end of second semester his interests extended to programming. Even though he was from Biology background in his Pre-Universities it didn’t take much time for him to get grip over computer programming. He was very much interested in future technologies and products by Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Google etc. At the end of third semester during the semester holidays, he was all alone in his room learning web designing. He was even very much interested in fundamental physics and biology too. He managed his studies with all other activities and this is really an awesome part of his engineering life. But he knew that more than marks his innovative thinking and leadership qualities can take him higher.

Steve Job’s (C.E.O of Apple Computers & Pixar Animation) commencement address at Stanford University in 2005 - video clip inspired him a lot to start his company’s software services. So he took an initiative to start software services without much investment. He named the virtual company as “ExperInn” which stands for “Experience Innovations”. The company produced many web designing projects. Now they have projects from United Kingdom in their hands. This initiative helped him to get into IT business.

He was very much interested in researching on science and technology as it was his aim before. Finally, he came to know that he is selected for “Excitement of Research” Ex-OR program a workshop of 3 days at IIIT (International Institute of Information Technology), Hyderabad. This diverted his mind towards research. The only question aroused in his mind was - How to start a research? Later he started his research on one of his ideas on e-learning system and presented a paper in National level Technical paper presentation conducted by ISTE Student Chapter. Later, he presented the same and was awarded first consolation prize in a state level technical paper presentation “e-Congregation11” organized by ENCEA. And the same paper was awarded third prize in a state level technical paper presentation in “e-induction11” organized by E&E dept. Later, he participated in web designing competition conducted by SEMCA and he was awarded second prize.

Finally, he came up with a new idea of implementing e-learning system and named this learning system as “ExperInn e-learning system”. This system is constructed on the foundation of 2 important base concepts they are object /image recognition and augmented reality. It uses web as the major part of communication between learner and ExperInn e-learning service provider. In this system, he introduced a new concept of using learner side software which will be provided by ExperInn e-learning service provider, which is necessary at learner side in order to get services from e-learning service provider. Also, he introduced step by step process architecture at ExperInn e-learning service provider’s side. This paper was selected for 1st International Technology, Education and Environment Conference (TEEC 2011), 1st International Conference on Teaching and Learning (ICTL 2011), Omoku, Nigeria which were jointly organized by African Association for Teaching and Learning (AATL) and African Society for the Scientific Research (ASSR) in cooperation with other institutions. This paper was awarded a grant from International Scientific Committee to support participation for oral presentation at the TEEC 2011 and ICTL 2011. Now the paper will be published in an international journal “Academic Research International” in its next edition.

He has applied for internship from University of Cantabury, New Zealand for 2 projects they are Development of Remote Collaboration Software and Improving Face Identification with Genealogical Data and waiting for results. He has applied for Summer Scholarship Scheme from UC, New Zealand. I have also applied for Microsoft Student Partners 2011-2012 and CRA (Computing Research Association ) Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Researchers and State awards for scientists and engineers.

He introduced a new methodology to implement “ExperInn e-learning system” without using learner side software. This helps the learner to easily use “ExperInn e-learning system” without any burden of installing learner side software for support. The awesome part of it was that, his first paper was one of the reference papers for “Distance learning using ExperInn e-learning system through web”. Here he used latest technology called cloud computing which helps lakhs of students to get e-learning benefits at a time. This paper got selected for 15th HK Web Symposium, Hong Kong (International Conference on ICT). Its main aim is to provide e-learning services to masses at a time. Purpose of e-learning research was to educate everyone. Now this paper is under publication in Springer’s International journal “Computers & Education”.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) was one of his favorite domain right from the beginning of his fourth semester. He was interested in graphs and relating the concepts from graph theory to AI. So he started working on this. And the output of this research was “Graphical theory of Artificial Intelligence”, where he used graphs to make AI more powerful as before. And introduced addition of human intelligence to AI, which will be preferable while making decisions by any AI entity. And also, proposed few more ideas and published it in an international journal “Canadian journal on Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Pattern recognition”, published by AM Publishers. Even now, if he get time he would like to continue his research in reproduction of AI bodies.

When he was at home during his holidays he used to think about comfort for students during their study time, so that they can grasp concepts in a better way. He came up with an innovative idea called “Interactive t-learning system/Interactive table learning system” in which he proposed how tables can be used for interactive learning purpose and how interaction can be done between text books and interactive table. This is published in an Italian magazine “Technologies of the frontier”.

He was always thinking why we can’t make an H-learning system or Holographic learning system which uses Holographic projector to project information right in front of the learner during his study time. He knew that it would reduce the work of searching some audio visual contents related to the study concept on internet. He proposed this “Interactive h-learning system” and it is under publication in an international journal “British Journal on Education Technologies”. The journal is published by Wiley-Blackwell on behalf of the British Educational Research Association (BERA).

He is currently working on Advanced Interactive Holographic Display Technology (AIHDT) and Advanced Holographic Human Computer Interaction (AHHCI). He is keeping them secret in order to protect Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Now, he is the Head of Scientific Innovation Foundation (SIF) - Karnataka. Since he was very much interested in astrophysics he joined SRI (Space Renaissance International), Italy as a member. By looking at his leadership qualities and achievements he was selected as the Chief and Coordinator of Space Renaissance International Indian Chapter (CCSRIIC). SRI is a space research and education organization. And he is in the Public Relation (PR) committee of SRI.

He is happy to mention some of his memberships over here. He is a Student member of SIAM (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics), Philadelphia. He is a part/member of Microsoft Dream Spark for Higher School program. He is considered as an associate member of “International Research Association for Talent Development and Excellence (IRATDE)”. He is an associate member of Association for Learning Technologies (ALT), U.K. He is a member of Indian Association for Research in Computing Science (IARCS). And also he is a member of Artificial Intelligence Association of India (AIAI) and a student member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

Coins and stamps collection are his hobbies from his childhood. He is proud to say that he is a philatelist because collection of stamps are collection of knowledge. He has a collection of 800 different stamps; Number of countries 44; Total foreign stamps 408; Total Indian stamps 375; Total not sealed/Fresh stamps 205. Total first day covers collected 170; first day covers with same occasional stamps and same occasional seals 24.

He is also a Numismatist: Total number of coins collected 500; Number of countries 48; Total foreign coins 370; Total old coins 130; Types of coins: Silver, Aluminum, Copper, Steal, Bronze, Double quoted, Mixed metallic. Total paper currencies collected 100; Number of countries 53.

Since he struggled a lot to get travel grants to attend International conferences this pushed him to open “ExperInn Research”, where young researchers from all over the world are connected. ExperInn Research is the place where young researchers/scientists will be trained to keep up their grass root level researches to international levels. ExperInn Research also helps and motivates young researchers to grow up to world class level. We put forward our efforts to uncover the untapped skills of our personnel and help them to get recognized by international bodies. ExperInn Research also helps young poor researchers who are looking forward for travel grants to attend International conferences. ExperInn Research also trains young researchers with the help of its senior research team. We have many young researchers who are doing their science and technology research under ExperInn Research. He want to make it a government supported organization. He is also looking forward for help from others.

He knew that if they implement remote health care service it may help in instant and time being health solutions. So he started with a new domain of ExperInn “ExperInn Health Care”, which is in progress. Here they will give remote health care services. ExperInn Health Care stands on the objective of utilizing advanced technologies for health care. ExperInn Health Care primarily focuses on finding safe and instant solutions for several issues related to health. Here they are giving solutions to various health related problem online using expert systems and knowledge bases. Even doctors check patients online, doctors analyze patient’s problems and they give solution. But it is just a time being solution, if there is no way to meet doctors directly then patients can utilize this.

He started with ExperInn Education where they will experiment on different education methods and education technologies. Objective of ExperInn Education is to train students/people in rural areas on the usage of present technology. “ExperInn e-learning system” and “Distance learning using ExperInn e-learning system through web” and other learning systems are under implementation in ExperInn Education in cooperation with ExperInn Research.

Many have supported for all these developments in his life; His parents, sister, his college and his friends and he is really thankful to them. Many things have helped him to come out with new innovative ideas, they are failures and appreciations. According to him “Don’t neglect any one in your life because you don’t understand what an innovative idea he/she has in his/her mind for new discovery”
