Praying to God - Save Mankind
So strange…………
Rs50 looks so big amount when you give to a poor ...............
But looks small when you give it as a tip in a HOTEL
Praying to god for 3 min looks hard................
But 3 hrs of movie is ok for us
After whole days of hard work , we have no problem of going to the gym...........
But to do house work and help mom/wife; we feel tired
We wait for 1 full year for valentines day, and we know it..........
But when do mother's day come; We never know...............
One couldn't give a piece of bread to the child in the picture above ............
But this painting was sold for Rs 100,000..
To forward this msg we will think.................but to forward jokes we never think.....
VERY STRANGE…………!!! But it’s True........!!!

The Elephant Rope - Failure is part of learning; We should never give up the struggle in life.
The Elephant Rope
As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not..!!
He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.

It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not..!!
He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away.
“Well,” trainer said, “When they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them.., As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”
The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.
Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, Simply because we failed at it once before..?
Moral:
Failure is part of learning; We should never give up the struggle in life.

COMPARISON OF COMMUTATION TECHNOLOGY IN HVDC TRANSMISSION SYSTEM AT ADANI POWER LTD.
Abstract: This paper presents commutation technology of HVDC system. In the early 19th centuries HVAC system was used for the long distance transmission. Because of the more power losses in HVAC system HVDC system adopted in mid 19th century for the long distance transmission. The Thyristors are used for the commutation in HVDC system. Now advancement in thyristor capacity and by using IGBT VSC based technology HVDC system is improved.
